BBFactory ("we," "us," or "our") provides the mobile game Dungeon Match: Tile Puzzle, also known in Korean as 던전 매치: 타일 매치 퍼즐 (the "Game" or the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect while providing the Service, why we use it, and how we store, protect, and delete it.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 14.

2. Purposes of Collection and Use

To provide the game service, identify users, and save or synchronize game data
To operate game features such as daily leaderboards, quests, rewards, and purchased products
To prevent abuse, diagnose errors, respond to user inquiries, and improve service stability
To provide ads, control ad frequency, apply ad-removal products, and measure ad performance
To analyze service usage with tools such as Firebase Analytics and improve game balance and user experience
To provide local notifications such as daily puzzle reminders to users who allow notification permissions
To analyze notification effectiveness, such as whether users open the game after tapping a notification

3. Notifications

On Android devices, the Game may provide local notifications such as daily puzzle reminders after the user explicitly grants notification permission. Notifications are used to support gameplay, and users may deny or revoke notification permission at any time in their device settings.

To operate and analyze notification features, we may collect notification-related usage information such as notification IDs, campaign IDs, scheduled times, message types, and whether a notification was clicked. This information is used to improve the Service and analyze notification features, not to abuse promotional messaging or profile users.

4. Retention and Use Period

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this Policy. If a user requests account deletion or data deletion, we delete the relevant information without undue delay. Information that must be retained under applicable laws may be stored separately for the required retention period and then deleted.

5. Sharing Personal Information with Third Parties

We do not sell or arbitrarily provide users' personal information to external parties without prior consent. Exceptions may apply when disclosure is required by law or when the user has directly consented.

Users may exercise these rights by contacting us at the email address below. We will process requests without undue delay after verifying the user's identity. When a data deletion request is processed, some game records, leaderboard records, quest progress, and purchase entitlement information linked to the account may be deleted or may no longer be recoverable.

8. Data Deletion Procedures and Methods

Information stored as electronic files is deleted securely using methods that make recovery difficult.
Information that must be retained under applicable laws is stored separately and deleted without undue delay after the required retention period ends.
